William Collins Birth 1847

HI, Im hoping someone can help me find my 2 x Gt Grandfather William Collins Born 1847 in Bednall. He is very elusive as I have already bought 3 cetificates as I was led to believe he was born elsewhere. His parents if he is the correct one will be Joseph and Rosamond Collins. Any help much appreciated.

I have him on the 1861 cencus with Joseph and Rosamond, and a number of siblings.  Do you have this information already or would you like me to send it?
William's place of birth is shown as not known but older and younger siblings are born in a variety of places.
