Yes, we did a lot of dancing round that juke box, didn't we? To this day, every time I hear Henry Mancini's "Moon River" it takes me back to Haydock and the Spider's Web. Anyone else got a song that will take them right back to their Haydock days?

Yes, we had plenty of Beatle songs but there were some slow songs though and they're the one I'm trying to think of.

Tunes in the Juke Box? Matt Monro - Walk Away. Tony Bennett - I left my Heart in San Francisco. The flip side was played a lot too - I want to be around to pick up the pieces when somebody breaks your heart!!

One of the best - Gerry and the Pacemakers - "You'll never walk alone". Still legendary in Liverpool !.
Eyes are filling up just thinking about them all !.

I remember that one, too, Jamie .... and it has special meaning to me, too, for a lot of reasons. It's not the one I'm trying to remember though. Keep going! <grin>
