My mother was born in London in 1908, and there are 2 of her 5 siblings whom I know nothing about. Ivy Richards was born c.1909 in the Holborn registration district (the family lived at Victoria Dwellings, Clerkenwell Rd). I know she married and stayed in the London area, but nothing else. James (Jimmie) Richards was a few years younger, and was born with a stump for one of his arms. Their parents were John and Isabella. I can't access records in London personally, and I've tried everything possible online (which isn't much). Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.
