Hello

I am looking for John LEWIS b 1817 Carmarthenshire, his wife, Sarah ( nee SCOTT) b 1817 Rothwell Northamptonshire and at least one son, Walter Llewellyn LEWIS b 1850 Banbury, Oxford.

I am hoping they are still in Oxfordshire in 1851.

John LEWIS was probably a Congregational Minister

this is the 1871 census record:

What a terrific find - now I know where John's mother was born !!

I was really doubtful if they were still there as they went to Scotland by about 1853 so I am very lucky!
