1841 Lookup for CROFT

I am trying to locate William Croft in the 1841 Census birth 14/11/1819 at Wheathampton, Hertford, England.

Found your William with his parents in 1841.   Here goes   ...

Eliza Croft  15  Pl
All born in county.

All the ladies in this area seem to have been straw plaiters so that could explain the Pl.      East Lane still exists in Wheathampstead.

Hi Belinda,

I can confirm my thinking regarding the employment for the ladies.  The 1851 return for the family reads as follows, although William would appear to have flown the nest by this time.  I was unable to find him elsewhere in  Wheathampstead.
