Thanks for reply, yes I have seen the John Symonds Site, (distant relative) my maiden name was Symons, my ancestors from Cornwall.
Trying to find more info on The Indian Queens Inn, you never know someone somewhere may even have some photo's (wishful thinking)

Did you contact John Symons? He wrote a magnificent book on the Symonds family. Chapters six and seven have detailed information on the Indian Queen Inn.

I would be interested to know where you connect to the Symons family
as I also have a link to this family dating back to 1690!
