That's her I would hope; from the IGI I have a marriage of a George Plummer to a Fanny Charles in 1833 Bloxham, & a christening of Lucy on 16 FEB 1834 with parents George & Frances. On 1881 census Fanny age 82 is mother to a Lucy Hutchins b 1832 Bloxham.  I didn't know of the other children.

On 1851 census, Fanny is with a Samual Partridge in Pavenham Beds, & who his with his new wife Jane also born in Bloxham in 1799 - i'm wondering if Jane & Fanny are related ?? Jane's surname on mariage index is possibly Woodward.

Can you check 1841 for a Jane Woodward  or Jane Charles
