Emigration to India

Hi,

I'm looking for information on a Reginald Oppenheim (b: 1873 Manchester England) who settled at the family's tea plantation in India around 1913-1933.

If anyone could point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.

I have checked the PRO archives and A2A and have found no record of him there.  The family tells cherished and very heartwarming stories of the food he would send them during the second world war including tins of butter (ghee) which they can remember the taste of, to this day.
