namely John Wicks.
I know nothing about him other than his son is
Frederick  b 1862 in Hanney Berkshire.

I answered a query on a John and Frederick Wicks a few days ago for "Elenimou" - do contact her if you are researching the same people.  The Frederick John Wicks whom I found was born around 1858 in Hanney, Berks -how certain are you of the 1862 date?
