records for great yarmouth
« on: Tuesday 18 October 05 22:55 BST (UK) »
It seems my Kemp family originated in Great Yarmouth (James Kemp b<1790> and m Sara, son James b<1811 plus perhaps other sibs  Richard, Martha, Susannah) before moving to London before 1823

Anyone know what parish records are available for Great Yarmouth, and if the census records survive before 1841?

Thanks Teresa
I saw that record in the IGI and will follow it up by checking the parish record directly . I couldn't find what I was looking for on the above web site-does anyone know how complete it is? If anyone has the number of the local family history library, I'd be grateful
