parish records help please

Does any one have access to parish records for:

Llangeview,Monmouthshire
and
Llanarth,Monmouthshire.

In my never ending quest for the birth of John Griffiths   I have found a John Griffiths on  the 1861 census born Llangeview(father John) aged 17.(but in 1851 he was down as 11).
 Hoping to prove /disprove this was my g.grandfather,who on 1871 census says he is 26 but born in Llanarth
  I hope this makes sense to everyone.I keep hitting a brick wall with him.
