Michael Briggs Emmott returned to England around 1855 after being in America for about 6 years during which time he was resident in Jersey City as a druggist. He left his home in Wilsden, Yorkshire on the 14th May 1847 - can anybody please supply any information about his passage to America and/or subsequent return ?
