I'm still checking into how Mills Mills is connected to my lot......I haven't updated my family tree programme for quite some time, so I've got to go through a fair bit of paperwork.  In the meantime, however, I found this as a start for you:-

Unfortunately, we're not allowed to do 1911 look ups and post on here, but from having a sneaky peak I know that the younger Mills Mills was married by then!

I found the following marriage:-

June Quarter 1908
Mills Mills
Agnes Jane Humphreys
District: Newtown (which covers Newtown)
Volume: 11b
Page: 281

So, Alfred (who you mention in your PM) was son of Mills and Agnes, and while doing some more searching I found this birth:-

March Quarter 1920
Alfred Mills
Mother's Maiden name: Humphreys
District: Newtown
Volume: 11b
Page: 239

You were correct - Alfred was born in 1920

As Mills is unmarried here we can work out that he married an Eleanor somewhere between 1881 and 1891, and funnily enough look what I found

Hedan Crescent, Welshpool, Montgomeryshire

Mills Mills Lodger Unm 18 - working for a Mary Jones Widow Farmer - and a whole list of other lodgers, but the occupations are very difficult to read unfortunately.

There is also an Edward Mills 29 listed, and he's also born in Llanidloes so possibly a relation.
