Newton of Abbotshall

HAs anyone heard of Newton of Abbotshall. One of the ancestors died there but I cannot find it on a map.

Any help gretaly appreaciated.

Hi Sherlock
Abbotshall is the parish next to Kirkcaldy it includes Linktown.Newton must be there as well. I have not heard of it myself but a local must surely know.
