Police sgt frank short birmingham

Sgt frank short died October 7th 1905 at his station age 47 think it was sparkhill he never fully recovered from an assault in 1901 trying to find out about the assault who was involved anyone charged sparkhill police museum closed any information would help to solve a family mystery

I can't see a death for a Frank Short for that date do you mean this one  :-\

In 1901 there is a Frances J SHORT, age 42, Sergeant of Police, living in Clent (Bromsgrove registration district).

I think he could be the one involved in an assault in 1901.
