Could anyone please help me with a look up in the 1871 census?
I am looking for:

Emma Shinn b 1870 Lynn, Norfolk and her mother Eliza b 1837 Lakenheath (dates and p o b from 1881 census)

have since discovered that she could have been born in Tilney cum Islington (Norfolk) father William and mother Elizabeth and also a brother George

now I wonder if I am tracing the right Emma

on the 1881 census I have
William Cornwell head 71 bn Elveden
Eliza Cornwell wife 44 bn Lakenheath
Emma Shinn daur 11 bn Lynn

I have a marriage from FreeBMD
William Cornwell and Eliza Shinn Dec 1875 Mildenhall 4a 1089
and a birth for an Emma Dec 1868 Wisbeach 3b 615

so it looks as if Eliza remarried or perhaps Emma was illegitimate

so it was the reference to Lynn that made me think that Emma could have been the one I found at Tilney
but now I'm not so sure

Tha 1901 shows both Emma (now Austin) and Eliza Cornwell both born Brandon
