Margaret L. Shepek, 88, passed away Friday, Nov. 19, 2010. Graveside service: 1 p.m. Tuesday in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Born April 20, 1922, Margaret was raised in Los Angeles, Calif., where she met and married her husband of 61 years, Larry. She will be laid to eternal rest next to his side as she was in life. Margaret spent her life as a homemaker, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Survivors: Left to cherish her memory are daughters, Daryll Howard, Jackie Funderburg and husband, Gene; son, Robert L. Shepek and wife, Shirley; grandchildren, Jeri Liedl and husband, Joe, Jacqueline Holmes and husband, Darrell, Jami Braxton and husband, Leonard, Christina Bolin and husband, David, Stacy Ferrell and husband, Justin, Leslie Prebis and husband, Drew; and great-grandchildren, Emily Carlson, Lane Irwin, Lindsay Liedl, Chandler Funderburg, Parker Bolin, Aina Carlson, Leni Braxton, Logan Ferrell, Hayden Ferrell and Lauren Holmes.
