Beloved husband of Gloria for 63 years; dear father of Cheryl (Steve) Bradshaw, Beverly Miles, Vickie (Dennis) Hyde and Gary (Lisa) Banghart; grandfather of Kelly, Kristen, Kari, Ronnie, Renee, Stacie, Michael, Jennifer, Dennis and Brandon; great grandfather of nine; brother of Esther (Jerry) Peter and Elwyn (Bobbie) Banghart and the late Wilhemina, Elna, Doris and Perry. William was a retired auditor for the federal government in Pontiac. He served in the U.S. Air Force for eight years and at one time had worked for Fisher Body. He was a life member of the VFW #1008, enjoyed bowling, baseball over 70 league and sitting in his recliner watching his big screen TV, resting his eyes.
