James Goldsworthy

James Goldsworthy (died in South Australia) was married (in South Australia) to Lily Laura Annie Eveline Rowe (born in South Australia). There is some confusion about who James's father and mother are. Some research says John Goldsworthy but I am unsure if this is correct.

Here's the marriage for you.....

James GOLDSWORTHY aged 23 and single married Lily Laura Annie Evelyn ROWE aged 20 and single on 10th April 1880 at the Residence of Charles Rowe, Moonta Mines.
Fathers = John GOLDSWORTHY & Charles ROWE
Ref = Dal  A  123/156

There is no James Goldsworthy in the Births Index for S A with father John and born around 1857 plus or minus a couple of years, I'm afraid, so at this stage it's hard to identify a mother.

That is the correct James with children Percy, Brice, Garnet, Vesta, etc. Percy was my Great Grandfather. We know he married Lily (Nora) Rowe. I am just stuck on finding which John Goldsworthy would be his father.

Perhaps this is him with his parents in 1861, at Linton?? Terrace, Redruth, Cornwall.  All born in Redruth.

If the mother (Elizth) is Elizabeth Annear Andrews then that is the information I have. I am just not 100% certain. James would also have been 3 years old in 1861.
