I am looking for any information on the births of sisters Rainy,(born in the Sept quarter of 1905, Bromley, Kent) Britannia, Minnie & Nonnie. Mother's name unknown. They were born illegitimate. Fathers name unknown also. This is all the information I have, unfortunately. Any help would be much appreciated.

If you sent for the birth certificate for Rainey, that would give you the mother's name.  The GRO ref. is  Vol 2a. Pg. 591

The only Britannia Ward I can see was born in 1862 in Bethnal Green  ???

There is a Nona Doris Ward born Q1. 1902 in Chertsey.
Census information is Crown Copyright from TNA.
Titchfield, Hampshire: Reed,  Fielder, Cawte, Goddard.
Kent:  Float,  Cutbush.
Wallasey, Cheshire: Carroll, Ledsham.
Liverpool : Horsfall, Prescott

Yes, there is a good possibility, it is for my mother- in law, she says in a book she has just written, that her mother Rainy's ancestors were gypsies. Each of the daughters were sent to foster homes. Her mother had a visit from her father when she was married, but refused to see him, he apparently was a Pearly King.
I will send off for the birth certificate of Rainy, and see if that will help.
Many thanks
Andrea
