Only one child was b Midlothian - others b Glasgow.

Have a look at this 1871 entry for 152 Duke St Glasgow - I think James re-married.  Can't find an 1861 entry at the moment

Suspect the older Jessie died but the other children match with the IGI births/birthplaces

As Mary died after 1855 - you can check Scotlands People for her death cert which will give her parents names and mothers maiden name

Jessies birth is on the IGI - mother Martha Tulloch so again - you can search SP for the marriage of James and Martha which will give the names of James parents.  The IGI shows the marriage 30.3.1866 Calton Glasgow

Once you have their respective parents names - you can search the IGI as shown in my first reply for the names of children born to them etc
