He is there when he died.

It seems Richard didn't actually die at his home address. The death was registered in Brentwood.

My replies tried to guide Sirius to the probate record without naming the person. It was very easy to find.

Maybe not quite so simple for everyone.
Sirius may not have access to a subscription site. I don't at home at the moment.

All I was able to find was that the Allens had lived at 74 Water Lane and there was a possible marriage for daughter Doris Lillian to a Richard F Fowell who died in 1995.
Hence my suggestion. I missed the (free) probate calendar image for Richard, but thankfully Shaun nailed it for sirius.

I guess there is more than one way to skin a cat!

Traynor appears to be an unusual surname

Not really.
And there are Trainors, Trainers, Trayners, and maybe more!

Best to take Carole's advice and purchase the marriage certificate.

SS, it turns out that ancestry have made a mistake with the year of that electoral register. Qualifying date was 20 Nov 1951.

The previous one, with qualifying date 20 Nov 1950, also on ancestry, has Elizabeth Traynor (no B) at the same address, 22 Kilburn Square.

There may be a couple of Irish ladies there, and Willesden (or Kilburn!) is well known for its large Irish community. Could Elizabeth Traynor have come from Ireland?

A good spot by Rosie

There is a possible in Wales for this couple but not since 2008 for Elizabeth B and 2003 for John J  :-\

1841 in Cardiff there is an Edward Ruby, 40 (ancestry) or Edward Rioly, 40 (findmypast), Lab, born Ireland.
Probably in lodgings, no Ruby/Rioly family with him

Thanks Antony, although the price of certificates last increased in February 2019, from £9.25 to £11
The then still new pdf option went up in price from £6 to £7

And digital images have only been available for less than a year, already there is a 20% price increase!

There is a baptism at St. Mary's, Cork City in July 1834 (possibly on the 12th?)
I think it says
Catharine of Edw Rubie & Margt Farrell
Sponsors are John Rubie and Ellen Long
