Lancashire Lookup Requests / Re: Patrick/Winifred Hynes

Thank you all so much for trying to help,
Cathy thank you for the 1861 census info, I will follow it up, if I can, Patrick married Bridget in 1877,
I think it’s my Thomas on 1881 census will have to send for cert, as Patrick’s father was Bartholomew.

Heywood, Thomas did indeed marry Mary Ann Mulvey, they are my GGrandparents
It doesn’t help when there are so many different spellings for Hynes.

ColC thank you for the census info, I will check it out.
Kind regards
Beannie

Lancashire Lookup Requests / Patrick/Winifred Hynes
« on: Thursday 25 March 21 08:52 GMT (UK)  »
Hi All,
Hope someone can help
Patrick Hynes married Winifred Fielding at St John the Evangelist Salford in 1858
(From lancsopc)
Their son Thomas was born 3December 1866 (also lancsopc and 1939 register)baptised St Joseph’s Ancoats
I cannot find his birth registration, I’ve tried all sorts of different spellings
I cannot find them on any census either, I’ve got Thomas on 1901 and 1911
Winifred died in Manchester royal infirmary in 1875 ( I have the certificate) she was 40 years old, wife of Patrick Hines, Labourer, so where are they?
Please can anyone help
Kind regards
Beannie

Hi Romilley
I’ve found William on 1891, 1901 and 1911 census
On 1891 he’s with wife Mary J and children Jane Charles and Albert living at 23 Union Street, Hulme
There’s also another marriage in 1913, let me know if you want all the details
Kind regards

I set myself a goal last week, to find an elusive relative's resting place
Yesterday my brother informed me that he knew where she is!
So that's one down and while doing that, I was on deceasedonline and not only found my 3x Great Grandmother, but my 2 X GreatGrandfather, a great uncle who won the MM medal in WW1 and my 3 X GreatGrandfather's 2nd wife, in with his first! All in the same Cemetery.
So I'm absolutely over the moon, I've been looking for them for years!
So never give up, they are out there!!
