A list of 10 names written in own hand with their chosen nickname compiled late 1939 early 1940 during army training. At least one did not return at the end of the war. I know what happened to 2 of the 10. One being my father, Dunkirk survivor who served 6.5 years ww2. Looking to share list with the families of remaining 8. Not sure how's to post image of list here

I believe we have had contact before re John Pearson, who married my aunt Alice White 17.3.1915. If I reme,ber correctly you are a member of TA. Sadly John, Alice and their only son Alec have all passed. However Alec was so pleased to hear the information given by you on Bob Pearson, gardener.

My mum was married Christmas day 1946. Coincidence is her great aunt louisa lee who married langley is related to isteds in camberwell
