Hi All

Mary Louisa PEACE was born 1844 RD Ecclesall Bierlow and died 1905 RD Sheffield. 

She is on 1851, 1871 with her parents in Nether Hallam and with her widowed mother in Bradfield 1881. ( Mother died 1882)  She does not appear to have ever married.

Could anyone please find her in 1891 and 1901 - there is a possibilty she may be in Bradfield Wortley or Stannington areas,  or else probably Ecclesalll Bierlow Nether Hallam etc.   I also don't have her in 1861 - she is not with her parents - can anyone spot her?

I would also like to ask : if she is found in the later Census, are there any notations made in the far right column of the Census page?

Hello all!

The individual I am interested in is :
David PEACE b abt 1810 Loxley, Bradfield.
He was married to Mary ROGERS (b abt 1811) in 1830

And I am wanting to follow his family (wife & chd thru the Census) - so any help on the following is truly appreciated! Throughout I am particulary interested in the actual township or village they might be in as opposed to the RD they come under, and in their street address', Here goes 

Q1) 1841 -At Eccleshall BierlowRD -  HO107/1333/4,  Folio: 17,  Page: 26
Could I please have a check on the Census, for  a) David's  occupation and b) have a real good look at the 3 yr old child in the house - is it a female named Sarah or could it be a male name Joah?

Q2) 1851 - Age 41 in Nether Hallam RD -   Piece2336,  Folio 130,  pg23
Could I please have a street name/address  if there is one, and his occupation. Also, have a look at the 13 year old in the house - a male named ? Is it Joah?

Q3) 1861 - Age 52 in  RD: Nether Hallam, Piece 3463, Folio 73
If I could have full details of the household, address etc of that household.

Q4) 1871 - Age 62 at RD Eccleshall, Piece 4663, Folio127
If I could have full details of the household, address etc of that household.

Q5) 1881, David is deceased (1876 Sheffield) but Mary appears to be at RD Wortley, Bradfield  - Piece 4620,  Folio27, pg20.  I can see her household on  free transcripts BUT really want to have a good double check on the George PEACE in the house whom 2 sources describe as "age 37 Grandson" which I think is impossible!??

That's it for Mary and David as I beleive Mary died 1882 in Worley RD age 71 - will follow their children up as required in new topics (some details of which I already have),

Hello everyone!

Could I please ask for a look up on the 1850 Census for  the family which includes:

Caroline PEACE  - age abt 17
She was born abt 1833 in Sheffield, Yorkshire, England

She should be in Kings County, New York and may be enumerated as PEASE

Could I please ask for a look-up on a Sheffield born family who should be in CP of Heeley in 1901, headed as follows:

Samuel PEACE age 34 - born abt 1867
wife, Emma PEACE age 33
One of their daughters is named Ruth born abt 1893
And one other person in their household is American born.

Could I  please ask for a look up on  PEACE family in SHeffield as follows and provide me the full details:

1) in 1841 at Garden STreet, Sheffield North at Piece1335/2 ED: 5 Folio 34b 
I have found on the Sheffield Census Online,
Sarah PEACE 45
Sarah 20
William 15
Edwin 15
Samuel 14
Emma 12
Frederick 10
Alfred 8

I am interested in knowing if there is anyone else in the 1841 house, particulary someone the indexes name as Joseph SAKES 80 and if so, could that SAKES be OATES - as if he is and it is, he would probably be Sarah snr's father.....

2) In  1851 I think they are at Piece: 2336, Folio: 224. I have found ref to them on the Sheffield Online Census as:
Head: Samuel PEACE 54
Dau: Emma Eliza PEACE 21
Son: Frederick PEACE 19
Son: Alfred PEACE 17

I think "Samuel" is supposed to be female Sarah, a widow (of a man named WIlliam PEACE)  - and her son Edwin age 25 should be nearby with his wife Keturah (nee UNWIN) and chd...?

3) I would also like to find Sarah PEACE snr in 1861, as I have it that she died 1864. Also her married son Edwin and wife Keturah in 1861. I can't find them on the Online SHeffield Census at:
