Glamorganshire Lookup Requests / MORRIS

Hi All,

I need all the help I can get.......Please!

I have Bertha Mary JONES born 1877 Newport married 1895 Newport Lewis David MORRIS born 1874 Merthyr Tydfil. (marriage certificated ordered but not yet received)
I find both of them as children in the 1881 census but then not again in 1891 or 1901.
I was hoping to find them in 1901 to find if they had more children etc but don't find them at all.
I then have Bertha Mary remarrying as a widow in 1916 in London........ I don't find a death registration for Lewis.

Any help will be much appreciated.

G'day all

Were the soldiers who were away in Africa also on some sort of Census?
I see the navy are separate but what about the soldiers fighting the Boer War?

I am looking for Lewis David MORRIS and wife and that is the ony explaination I can think of why I can't find them.

Can sks help me please?
I'm looking for Lewis David MORRIS and wife Bertha Mary MORRIS b 1871 both born Wales in the 1901 Census. They married 1895 Newport Wales.
They had a son born Dec Q 1901 Poplar so am hoping the family was already in London for the census.

Please could some-one please help me with look ups in the 1851 and 1861 census for Charles William PRITCHARD born 1844 Hackney and Reuben James PRITCHARD born 1849 Hackney.
I think they may be brothers so am hoping to find them in one family in the census

Hi all,

Please can you help me find the marriage for Charles William PRITCHARD b abt 1879 to Bertha Mary JONES born Wales.
They had a daughter Ivy R PRITCHARD born June Q 1915 Poplar.

There is nothing to be found on FreeBMD or Ancestry.

I have found a possible birth for Charles William for Dec Q 1878 Hackney and also found a strong possibility in the 1881 census for Charles William and family but feel if I find the marriage I will have the key to be certain.

Any help will be much appreciated

Please can anyone help me find the birth of Joseph BEECHEY. He would have been born abt 1715. He married in 1742 Witney to Sarah DREWETT.

As the parish records are not on-line I need some-one to please do a look up in the parish registers.
His birth could possibly be in Burford, Bampton, Clanfield or Swinbrook.

All help would be much appreciated

Northumberland Lookup Requests / TAYLOR - Birth Lookups

Please if SKS could help it would be much appreciated.
I'm needing births for my TAYLOR family.

I have:
William James TAYLOR born 1873 Cleator Moor married 1894 Whitehaven to Hannah Maria PHAROAH born 1873 Cleator Moor.

After their marriage they moved to Northumberland where they supposedly had three sons between their marriage 1894 and them leaving to South Africa. William James went to fight in the Boer War (1899-1902) and Hannah followed him. (I'm told)
The sons are: (the dates and place of birth are what I'm wanting to confirm)
James TAYLOR born 1895 Newcastle-on-Tyne
Albert TAYLOR born 1897 Newcastle-on-Tyne
Alexander Forsyth TAYLOR born 1899 Newcastle-on-Tyne

Is there any way I can confirm these births without having to buy 12-15 certificates. Happy to buy the right ones when I do have the GRO numbers.

All and any help will be appreciated

Please can some kind sole help me with this family. I've chased them back to Sydney Alfred WHEELER born 1884 Queensland. I know he had two siblings ... James WHEELER & Martha WHEELER.
I'm hoping for birth dates, parents names ..... all and anything would be greatly appreciated.
