Buckinghamshire Lookup Requests / SYRED Family
« on: Sunday 06 August 06 15:11 BST (UK)  »
I would appreciate any and all information on the Syred Family.  I am looking for a connection to Herbert Syred.   He was a soldier at the time of his daughter's christening in 1838 in Dorking, Surrey.  He died before 1871.

To date I have found no christening record, marriage record or death record.    He and his wife Hannah do not appear in the census records of 1841, 1851, or 1861.  In the census of 1871 his wife Hannah Syred is listed as widow living with her father in Surrey.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Jann

Hello,

I am looking for marriage information on Sarah Syred.  Her son Herbert Syred was christened on 11 May 1818.  I wonder if Sarah eventually married.  Herbert Syred was christened in Brandeston.

I am interested in any available information on Sarah and her son Herbert.

Thank you,

Jann

Hello,

I'm looking for the marriage record of Hannah Carpenter and Herbert Syred.  Their marriage may have taken place in the Dorking, Bookham area around 1836-37.

Would also be interested in information about the marriage of Martha Carpenter and Mr. Saxby.  Marriage may have taken place in the late 1820's in the Abinger area.

Thanks.  jann
