Antrim / brown families Cranfield near Logh Neagh Antrim
« on: Tuesday 03 April 12 19:10 BST (UK)  »
Anybody got any information about a Henry Brown,[ father Henry Brown], who married  Helena Brown [father Joseph Brown] according to marriage cert, they lived, at time of marriage in Cranfield Co. Antrim on the north west shores of Lough Neagh.
Any info from there appreciated.

They married in Milltown Church of Ireland 1867, near Maghery. On the southern shores of Lough Neagh.
Would it have been normal for this Church to be the ceremonial point for the wedding of people from Cranfield??
Thanks

Hello
I am seeking assistance in following a weak lead. I would like to know more about my great grandfather... Henry Brown.
He was of the Church of Ireland.
He was a game keeper in the Parkanaur estate.
He and his wife Elena, Henena /Lena      [who I think once lived in the Townland of Edenacrannon]   had two children who were born in 1870/1872 approx.
The childrens names were Elena/ Helena and Anne Jane and were born in that order.

They may have been married in St Michaels in Castlecaulfield or St Patricks Donaghmore.
All help gratefully appreciated.
