London electoral registers have two women registered at that address in 1950 (10 Gladstone Terrace).
No janet but an another female  Brooker and seemingly unrelated female.
Unsure if still living but I can pm the names.

Mr & Mrs A. Kebble,, son in law and daughter mentioned as one of the mourners. Also Edna Kebble, daughter, in Elizabeths death notice.

London electoral rolls have an Edna M Kebble and husband Arthur living in Enfield in 1964, no Herbert there.

121 Pennygate, Spalding was up for auction on 25th June 1963 according to the papers. Vacant possession on completion.
So looks like Herbert was moving.

Spalding Guardian 26th April 1963
"Mrs Elizabeth Mary Woods of 121 Pennygate, Spalding, who died suddenly,at her home aged 80"
"She is survived by her husband Mr H E Woods, a retired sign writer"

London Electoral registers have Abraham Smith 1838 to 1842 living at Ebenezer Place, Hammersmith.
Under "Street, Lane or other like place where the property is situate"  it states West End, Upper Mall and Bradmore.
Much later (1890s) there is an Abraham Smith living at 215 King Street West, St Peters district.
