Kent Lookup Requests / Kent 1841 Census check please?

Would SKS check the above for the following please?

Rebecca GARDNER dob 2 Apr 1837 in Dover...parents are William and Frances. If they are found I would appreciate as much info as possible please, but especially on the place of birth of Frances.

Rebecca also had (allegedly) bro and sis as follows

Alice... 1824... Dover
Sarah.. 1822.. Dover
William.1820.. Dover
Ann?....1816.. Dover

Any help would be appreciated

Hampshire & IOW Completed Lookup Requests / Portsea Island, Hampshire, England.

Before you tell me, I know, I'm stupid. Would someone please tell me me if the above IS an island or a part of Hampshire? I had a similar problem once with the Isle of Thanet in Kent..wont go into that.

The reason I'm asking is that I am researching a marriage there of James REDDICK and Ann MUSTION on 27 Nov 1876.

Nothing much more to go on...he came from Battersea and she from Chichester....why go to Portsea Island?? Is it the English equivalent of Gretna Green?

Please put this fellow to rest tonight.

Just a basic question I was asked by a colleague at work. He has approx 12,000 individuals in his file. "Impressive" says Rog. John replied that about 50% are not blood related, but he's happy with that.

Any views other than the poll question as above? Maybe it's quantity over quality.......but then again he's an extremely good researcher and happy as Larry.

Somerset Lookup Requests / Advice requested on 'Lookup' please.

I have a problem (don't we all?) William GARDNER dob 1 May 1820 in Dover married 'Charlotte' in Dover/Bexley circa 1845+

The first of their children, namely Charlotte Alice GARDENER dob 29 Sep 1850 was born in Bexley, Kent which might suggest that's where they got married.....

If anyone could assist with advice or indeed a lookup I would be most grateful

I'm new to this so please bear with me. Could anyone please tell me (if possible) the death date of the above? He was christened in Sutton at Hone on 4 Jul 1852 Parents were William GARDNER and Charlotte ...married approx 1850 in either Dover or Bexley.
