I've got that report, although other reports give his age as 88.
Theophilus baptised 1813 is the son of David Morgan(1787), verified by David's will. David lived at Kilrhew (Cilrhiw), a large farm in Lampeter Velfrey.
The other son I am confident on is William 1798 - 1827. His write up says he trained as a Presbyterian Minister, but didn't take up the ministry, instead founding a school at Narberth about 1820. It also says his forebears were prosperous farmers and craftsmen.
I think it is possible that Theophilus is connected to the Morgan family of Iron Masters of Forge, Whitland (Llangan). Probably a younger brother of John Morgan of Forge. He was certainly more than just an ordinary blacksmith. He had a strong connection to the Scourfield family of Blaenwernddu, as he was named in the will of Thomas Scourfield 1808 as joint trustee and executor with Thomas's brother James Scourfield of Llanddewi Velfrey. He was also a witness at a Scourfield daughter's marriage.
This is why I think he could have married in one of the Velfries. I have the list of Carmarthenshire marriages 1754 - 1837 produced by Carmarthenshire FHS which is much more accurate than anything published online. I know one of the people who helped transcribe the list and they covered every legible marriage in Carmarthenshire.
