Hi ,Anyone know how I can get entry  St Georges graveyard behind NCBI. I visited  the area on Sunday but could not find how to get into the graveyard .A man told me there was a key holder and he made several phonecalls but could not track them down.Any ideas.

Hi are your family Catholic. All these places Clogrennan Raheendoran Cloydagh Tomard and Ballygowan are all in the same area of Carlow .They are small areas and are all next to each other covering a distance of approx five miles in circle.These would be in the Catholic parish of Leighlinbridge.This parish is served by Saint Lazarians RC Church Leighlinbridge Carlow and Saint Fintans RC Church Ballinabranna Carlow.The priest for both is Father Tom Lawlor.
Staplestown is about a 15 minute drive from the above list.It does not have a RC Church but has a C of I church .

Hi I am trying to locate a death cert for Thomas Venables .On 1861 census he is living with his son Thomas at Holyhurst Shropshire he is recorded as aged 60 from Marbury .I did not find him on 1871 census. Any help would be great.

Hi, Madlin is a tiny area in Leighlinbridge joining Ballynolan.Both are in the parish of Leighlinbridge and are served by St.Lazarians Catholic Church Leighlinbridge Carlow.Hope this helps
