Nice meeting you,.... I am a Wexican, like yourself, and am living in Camolin, I have done quite a lot of research on the Mahons and can share with you after Christmas if you wish. I am from the Kiltilly/Mahon line.
Cheers for now

Glamorganshire / Re: Clinch

Hi Shelagh
I hope you are keeping well. The book is now complete and will be launched on the 17th Nov. so at last I am free to conduct some family research again. I may have something of Interest for you which I spotted while researching for the book. I have a Mary Clinch on the Camolin School register. Her address is given as the Baylands and she commenced school in Camolin on the 22nd Mar 1909 then aged 10 years of age. Her parent’s occupation is given as ‘Welsh Sergeant’. Did one of the Officers children come back to live with their Grandparents in the Baylands?
Cheers for now

Free Photo Restoration & Date Old Photographs / House No Longer Exists
« on: Thursday 09 May 13 19:30 BST (UK)  »
Hello

I would be very grateful if somebody could restore this picture for me. This photograph appeared in a local newspaper back in 1932 so is very poor quality. This house which is an Estate House was later burned to the ground and no photographs exist. So would be grateful if someone can work their magic on this….
