This is a long shot. Does anyone know of the descendants of Albert Kitts and his wife Nellie (nee Forrest) who came from Whitwell, Derbyshire but moved to Doncaster?

They had seven children - Lilian, Grace Myra who married a Jack Farnell, Nellie who married a Rowland Hibbard, George, Joseph, Samuel and June.

I believe somewhere in that branch of the family, there maybe some documents or photographs as Nellie Forrest was a favourite of her parents. However, as the family moved away, their descendants may not know a lot about them whereas our branch stayed local so can identify the old photographs more readily.

If anyone can help, I would be extremely grateful.

Hi, can anyone give me any advise re photographs from old newspapers? Can they be improved upon? I have some great cuttings of my Great Great Grandparents, I wonder if anything could be done with them?

This is my Gt, Gt, Grandmother, Fanny Forrest.

Thank you very much for your help. I don't suppose there is anyway you can work out exactly which William Lewis it is? I have tried searching for the name and approximate birthdate but there appears to be more than one.

Hi, can anyone help? My Grandfather was George Elias Lewis born in Oswestry in around 1905. He had sisters called Annie Jane, May, Dorothy and a brother called Whit. I know his father was called William and that's about as far as I can go.

The reason being William Lewis is such a common name in that part of Wales. Any help that anyone can give would be appreciated.
