No I don’t think I’ve come across that, is it online somewhere? I so appreciate this help.

Many apologies, I lost a generation there, so sorry.   I have a James who married Ann Parker as her parents. Beyond that I found James father might be Joseph Stephenson but by then we are back to 1775 and I’ve not found a link to the rocket people.  I have looked at many siblings of George and cannot find anyone who lived in the Witton Park area.

I believe it was a Joseph Stephenson, as I can’t find other records.

Thank you, that’s the bit I do have, was just wondering if there is more such as baptism record or if anyone knows where I can go from there as I only found John Bonds in other areas of Hampshire, not Winchester itself.

Hi, does anyone know anything about my 3x great grandfather James Bond. ( I know - cool right?!! ). I know he was born or baptised in Winall in around 1802 but I understand the Winall records were destroyed. Any help appreciated.

Can anyone help me find the link between a family member and the Stephenson (rocket) family. I know a link exists as great grandmother received an annuity from the estate but I can’t find it despite searching the Stephenson trust site etc. The link is to Elizabeth Stephenson b. 1836 West Auckland, d. 1901 Witton Park.
