Unfortunately 1841 doesn't show status or relationships, only age and whether born in the County they are living in.
There's no Peter Heath in Bag Lane Derby in 1841. 🙁

There are also Banns for this couple in 1841 - St Peter, Derby - image on Ancestry.

Banns were in February.  Peter was of Bag Lane.  Eliza of Mortledge.
Both places mentioned in the Archives.

Banns were in February.  Peter was of Bag Lane.  Eliza of Mortledge.
