Dr. Hamilton Williams died in June 1925 on Staten Island NY and was buried in "St Mary's cemetery, 4 Ward,NY".
Does any one have the exact location of this cemetery please?

There are RC records for Dungarvan in St Mary's RC  in Dungarvan,but William Williams was born near Mitchelstown and that is where we should look for his roots.

A brother is mentioned in that article, but no details on parents

If there are any local records-baptism,marriage,death etc. would they be locally available in Mitchelstown or in Fermoy? We live in Co Waterford.

William Williams-historian,poet and archeologist is believed to be buried in an unmarked grave in St Mary's Dungarvan.
But who were his parents and where was he born?. Can anyone help please?

I cannot thank you enough for your help. I have been searching every where for that lead.

Bertram Guy Rivers WILLIAMS was the son of the notorious Dr. Hamilton WILLIAMS (Patrick Joseph), Coroners Physician to New York from 1896 to 1903. Dr. Williams is widely believed to have supplied the knives used in the Phoenix Park murders in Dublin in 1892.
Bertram had a brother,John WILLIAMS born at sea in 1874.I am now chasing John's history.

Bertram is wrongly entered with his family ,father-Hamilton Williams,in the 1920 US Census  in New York as "female"and married.

The only reference has him returning from France with Grace in 1921. I was looking for the possible source of their marriage cert.
