1828-on the convict ship list, Ellen Flood is listed as being 23 and brought from Kildare. Looking closer, it appears that someone wrote over the 23 to make it 33. She can Read, but cannot write. Listed as a widow, mid wife, consults women, and acts as a Nurse. Looking at other records, she got 7 1/2 years and worked in a factory. Ellen is listed as being 30 on some other convict passenger records.
1852- Martin Flood married Margaret/ Bridget Mahony
1852-John Flood married Mary A Ryan
1829- an Ellen Flood married Charles Williams. I do not know if this is the same Ellen Flood listed above.
