Thank you for all your kind replys , I am not sure if there was an inquest, I dont think so.... Maud died at Folkstone hospital on the 24th March 1980 and was buried on the 1st April... I did visit the cemetry when I was on holiday, there was no-one there and as i did'nt take the grave number could not find the grave, i did wonder around for ages but the weather was dreadful and could not find anything....I will try the council again tomorrow........ would there be anything in the papers about the death???

Thank you for your help.
I have all the info I need about Frank, its his wife and her family I am looking for. I do know that maud was born about 1893.she lived in the Alms house in Deal in the middle of the 1960s going by the name of TRICE but she never remarried. but left there when the house were refurbished.
Maud died in 1980 at Folkstone Hospital. Her death cert states her maiden name was Hammond as does her marriage cert.
According to the above message her Parents lived at 19 Union Street Deal.
Also sometime between 1915 & 1920 there was a large family argument between the Gimbers and Mauds children were sent to live in Scotland,But there is no family connection there...
