Hi everyone just looking for a BAPTISM if possible.

I have William's marriage cert to SARAH ELIZABETH TUDOR nee GRIFFITHS, she was a widow.
Anyway in 1910 when he married he is 27 apparently. Marriage solemnized in the district of Hawarden.
Also i have a death cert which is 8th Nov. 1918 and he is 32?

To make it easier to find his Baptism i have his mother Margaret Ann Powell nee Leech and his father is John Powell

Just a correct DOB will be useful please.

Hi guys i am Danny from North Wales i am desperate for information on my G-Grandmother. There is a few mysterys surrounding her as far as i know, maybe i just don't know.

My G Grandmother is Esther Emma Chidley, however my G Grandfather is Frederick Charles Vel (1909-1940). She was in London in 1940 as my grandad Edward Vel (1940-1987) and his sister XXX (1938-) was registered Hammersmith. I know from other family that my Grandad moved to Swansea at a very young age, possibly 1940's. He had a broad Swansea accent.

There is another sister XXX b.1953.

There seems to be no marriage between Esther and Frederick Vel but on the marriage records for 1957 i found an Esther E Vel, which is undoubtedly the same person, marrying a Mr George A Davies in Llanelly, Carmarthenshire.

I found an Esther Emma Davies on the death records July 1985, born 1917.

I would love for somebody to help me piece some of this puzzle together and i am sorry if it all came out a bit mumbo jumbo.

Hi i wonder if anybody can help me with this. My 5 x Gt Grandad lived in Hafod newydd, Llanddyfnan and at the time of the 1861 census his occupation was Horse Rider?

Any information on this occupation and any on the address would be appreciated. I wonder if anybody actually knows the place. I googled it and came up with what looked like a farm.

Father: William Ellis

Thats it as far as Scotland is concerned. I am in North Wales and have tracked him from 1871 until his death aged 61 in 1909.

Maybe i am chasing a lost cause because thats the most information i have found. I know when he married, his children and almost everything that happened from 1871 onwards but this is really bugging me and has been for a while.

Any info or advice would be great.

Hope somebody can maybe do something with it e.g colour, frame! It's the only copy i have as it was sent to me from an extended relative.

He is the man on the left and died in 1940 aged 31. Think it was T.B! His nickname was "sambo". He was a man of mixed race so i hope nobody finds this offensive.
