Europe / Romania: marriage in bucharest

can anyone tell me how I can check a marriage in Bucharest, Romania around 1886?  My Grandmother always said her parents got married in the British Legation in Bucharest and they were travelling in the area at this time but I don't know how I could verify this. 
Any suggestions gratefully received.
