Aberdeenshire / Alexander Taylor of Glass & Huntly

Searching for any information on Alexander Taylor, born 18 July 1886 in Glass, Aberdeenshire; mother, Jane Whyte, father, John Taylor, a sheep dealer. He was with his maternal grandmother in Glass on the 1891 census and was an apprentice grocer in Huntly 10 years later. After that, I can find nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
