Hi can anyone help me ? i am trying to find the marriage of my aunt Joan Chapman born in Ackworth West Yorkshire on  29 AUG 1922 her parents were Thomas Chapman & Mary Ann Markey, I have sent for a few certs but when they get here the fathers name is not Thomas Chapman even though on the request form i put father Thomas Chapman, not only is it frustrating its the cost too. there must be a way to find the right cert without sending for them in the dark,

Hello I'm new here so i hope i am doing this right can anyone help me I am stood firmly behind a brick wall built by GEORGE CHAPMAN born may 1833 in Chapel Allerton York he was married to JANE ANN (no surname) maybe MIDGLEY they had one son that I know about SAM CHAPMAN born in 1859, he went on to marry MARTHA AUGUSTA HEPWORTH on 02 Aug 1884 they went on to have one son that i know of he was THOMAS CHAPMAN DOB 17 Nov 1891 in Ackworth west yorkshire if you come across any of the names would you please let me know as I would love to get over this wall and find George's parents or any information about him  Thank you.
