Hi, I am after some information on my Great Grandad, Frank William Alcock. I have found his silver badge document with his name on which states that he joined the army on 08-08-1904 and was discharged on the 31-05-15.
What I would like to know is:
what south Staffordshire battalion did he serve with prior to 1914
where did he serve prior to 1914 or was he part of the milita
How and when he was injured.
I am aware that he lived in the Cheslyn Hay area after the war but Im not sure where he lived prior to the war
