Hi all
Have been going around in circles with this one for a few days, so could maybe do with a nudge in the right direction. Trying to research the family of a Rosina May LAWRENCE, who I had been informed originated from Ireland. I now have her definitely, however, in Gloucester, via her marriage record to a Thomas KEELING, dated 7 December 1912, and her birth record, in St Mark's parish, Kingsholm, Gloucester (specifically Counsel Street), to a William and Fanny Maria LAWRENCE in 1893. I also have her, as Roseana LAWRENCE, aged 7, with the rest of her family, again at 6 Counsel Street, on the 1901 census, and the rest of her family, again seemingly at the same address, on the 1891 census, obviously pre-her birth. Mother's family all seem to be Gloucester-born, but father William Lawrence seems to hail from Marlborough, Wilts; no sign as yet of an Irish connection. Bit stuck now. Any takers?
