Hi there I am looking for any information on my great grandfather's father.
William John Morgan Born 1899 Under Arthur street.  Married Letitia Hayes.
It's william Johns father I am struggling to find.
He was born about 1875 in Aberdare and died 1939 and is buried in the Trealaw cemetary.   He married Margaret Davies (1879 born Haverfood west Roose)
I have Margarets Ancestors.. now I am on the hunt for Williams.
On his death notice it states he was involved with the Williams town Corps of the Salvation Army and also involved with the Williamstown social centre.
He lived in Enid street (not sure if this was william john though?) He had children James 1896 (doesn't appear on the 1901 census only the 1911)  William John Morgan (born 1899 my great grandfather)  Esther May born after 1901  Hilda also born after 1901 Margaret and Ada(ada born 1904) and finally May born sometime after 1901.
I have been searching for years to try and locate William and his parents but the name is so common !!!   William was a miner this is all that I know about him.
thank you for any help x
