I am trying to trace a William Roberts born 1911ish in Holbeck or close. His fathers name is John  a Bank Manager by 1940 [He is the missing father of a friend] .Thanks for any help,

Is there any kind person who has access to a Marriage index for Suffolk. I am looking for the marriage of a Roger Raison or varient to a Sarah ? somewhere between 1795 and 1812. Roger was born Suffolk but lived in Essex after his marriage, I can't find the marriage in Essex so could be Suffolk.

Hi All
I wonder if any body can help me I am looking for two separate marriages both for Roger Raison to a Sarah, one lived in Hadleigh Essex and one in Woodham Ferrers at about the same time and both are probablly between 1800 and 1815, could either be in Essex or Suffolk. Confussing is not it the 2 Rogers were cousins.Also if I am very lucky any CMB's for Hatfield Peverel.

I am looking for my 3 xGt Grandfather Samuel Fisher born 1796/97 Withington Cheshire I have him on the 1841-71 censuses in Oldham. I can not get to the cheshire records office asI live in Essex. Has anybody found him in there research

Family History Beginners Board / Fulcher/Churchyard

Can anybody help.
Henry Churchyard married Sarah Croxson nee Fulcher on 25 Dec 1847 Saint Mark, Myddelton Square London. Henry was single and a blacksmith Sarah was a widow with 3 children,. Sarah was born 1820ish in Essex her first husband Edward Croxson died on the 9 Sep 1847 in Southchurch Essex. They had 4 children Sarah christened 31 Aug 1839 and died Aug 1839, Charles Edmond Croxson born 17 Sep 1843, George Edward Croxson born 1840 and Sidney E Croxson born 6 Feb 1845. The 3 boys are in the Chelmsford Union Workhouse on the 1851 census and I can’t find any of them on the 1861 census but I have them all after that until their deaths. Does anybody have any information on Henry and Sarah Churchyard I have searched the censuses at home and abroad, the death indexes for Great Britain Australia, New Zealand, Canada and America and as many shipping lists as I can find. I would appreciate any information on there whereabouts

I am looking for a William Fisher born 1825/6  Oldam Lancs Father Samuel I have him on every census bar the 1841 it is as though he just appeared in 1849 when he got married. He is my Gt Gt Grandfather
Can anybody help me with a christening.
I have been searching for 10 years and would realy appreciate any help with this brick wall,
