London and Middlesex / What Laura did next

I'm trying to find out what happened to someone who married into my family once her husband died
in 1897, William Foott, aged 25, married Laura Thwaites, a 33 year old widow, in Tottenham. She names her father as William Spencer, who witnesses the marriage
In 1901 the happy couple are living in St Pancras - she's now aged 30, born in Portsmouth
William dies in Q2 1901
I can't see what happens to Laura after this. Can anyone else find anything?
It's not helped by her somewhat tangled past, which starts from the 1891 census entry for Laura Thwaites, widow, aged 33 b Portsmouth and living in Lambeth. From the backwards digging it's fairly certain she was born in Portsmouth/Portsea in 1857 ie she shaves 10-13 years off her age when she marries William, and goes through a couple of surnames and family set ups as a child. I'm not really interested in anything else about her earlier life (although it was an interesting diversion off my tree). I'm just curious as to what became of her,
