Gloucestershire / Oliver Howard 1891 Census

Hi Guys

I am trying to find Oliver Howard born 1876 in St George, Bristol, Gloucestershire. I have him in the 1881 census living with Joseph Howard born 1821 in Bitton and Elizabeth Howard born 1823 in Bristol, it says that these are his parents! They seem very old to me to have him as a Son... there is 16 years between him and their other youngest child!!! But thats one for another day. By 1891 both Joseph and Elizabeth are dead, I have checked all the other children and he is not living with any of them in 1891... can anyone find him for me?

Devon / Address Clarification

Hi All

In the 1881 census, my ancestors address is 6 Matthews Tent, Temperance Street, Torquay. On the same page there is 3, 4 and 5 Matthews Tents as well.
This address is on a Romany ancestry site but I suspect that is because they have done a blanket search for the word tent and just added it.
My question is this, what does the Matthews Tent mean? In the 1891 and 1901 census, my ancestors are still living in Temperance St/Place but no mention of Matthews Tent.

I am trying to find death and marriage details on some family in Jersey.

John Eastley born 1836 in Devon, he was in Jersey by the 1841 census, he married Charlotte Jane Underhill Hatch who was born 1841 in Devon.

They had the following children:

William Blight Eastley born 1866
Albert E Eastley born 1867
Arthur Eastley born 1870
Emily E Eastley born 1872
Louise B Eastley born 1875
Ada F Eastley born 1878
Edith C R Eastley born 1881

Hi Guys

I am trying to find the parents of Edward Stafford Howard born 20 Nov 1908 in Keynsham, Gloucestershire, he died 1981 in Bristol.

He married Ivy may Bressington born 02 Apr 1909 in Keynsham in 1932.

I will order his birth certificate if I need to but was trying to find out if anyone knew anything before I did.

Devon / Non Conformist birth, marriage and death records - Loddiswell, Devon

Does anyone know how I would get help with Non Conformist records in Loddiswell and the
surrounding areas? My ancestors were the Kennards of Loddiswell, they were primarily blacksmiths and non conformists.
there don't seem to be any records on the IGI. Any suggestions?

His name is Thomas Hearne born about 1831 in Great Torrington, Devon.
On his marriage certificate to Fanny Crossman it states his Father is Michael Hearne.
Any details on both his parents would be gratefully received

I am looking for a confirmation of an ancestors birth found on the IGI.
His name is William Chinery and the record states he was born about 1774 in Rushbrooke, I would love to confirm that date
and find the name of his parents.
I know William married Hannah Meen in Rushbrooke on the 20 Sept 1797 and was a widower when he married, which makes me wonder about his birth date.
I have found a William Chinery born 1753 in Rushbrooke, maybe that is my Williams Father or maybe it is my William - is genealogy ever easy?? Probably not.

Devon Completed Lookup Requests / 1841 - Crossman family

I am looking for family members in the 1841 Census.
The family is Fanny Crossman born 1827 in Thornbury, Devon, Mary Crossman born in 1821 in Thornbury, Rachel Crossman born 1835 in Devon.
Their Father was Thomas Crossman - date and place of birth unknown (his name was found on Fanny Crossmans marriage certificate), their Mothers name is unknown.
I find all three girls in the 1851 census living in Frithelstock, Devon.
Frithelstock, Devon is where both Mary and Fanny married their husbands.

Devon / John KENNARD'S parents Loddiswell

Hello
My ancestor was John Kennard born in 1799 in Loddiswell Devon. I know his parents were called William Kennard and Elizabeth Blake, they were married in Loddiswell on the 15 Apr 1793, but that is all the info I have for them, I would love to know their birth years. A long shot and a lot of hard work for someone I know.
I would appreciate any help given
