They married in 1949 in Lasswade
Allan Neill  31   Plumber (Divorced) of 11 Saughree, Rosewell - parents Allan Neill, Coal Miner and Agnes Neill MS (i.e.maiden name) Houston

Jane Ann Rodgers Bruce   26    Housekeeper    (spinster) - parents James Bruce, Gamekeeper (retired) and Elizabeth Lawson Bruce MS Walker (deceased). I am looking for any children they may have had, Allan was married before to a Margaret Milroy. Allan and Margaret had a daughter born in 1942 she was put in a home and was later fostered out the home was in Scotland somewhere and was through the red cross I have traced Margarets family from her new marriage and they didn't kow of the child fostered so was never told, so I am trying to find Allans children from the 2nd marriage in the hope someone knows the story of the baby fostered out she never saw any of her parents again..........

Anyone who has connection with him or family he was married to a Margaret Milroy in 1940 Scotland had 2 children born 1941 Scotland and 1942 Islington London Margaret married a C Colson in 1949 born USA after divorcing Neill and went with him and 2 children to America child 1 was Allan Neills but there was another child born 1942 that was Neills also that never went to America was left in UK and brought up by different family, child 3 Born Wandsworth UK was Colson born 46, Margaret married Colson in 48/49 in UK need to find anyone researching this family

I really need help with this Alan Neill is on the birth cert I will send an attachment of this his number given does not come up has him but someone else? Its possible her was a POW or Killed he came from Islington London Its like looking for a needle in a haystack anyone know of him or info would be much appreciated

JOHN 'Romford Jack' HARRIS 1884 - ? Born 28th November 1884 in Beccles, Wangford, Suffolk. Jack Harris he was in the Army WW1 but deserted, ...
Spouse was Rose Upton (NO MARRIAGE FOUND) Lived at Alveston Rd Manor Park London?  Children:  Carrie Harris ?Genty Harris ?Ernest Harris 1907 – Elizabeth E Harris 1910 – Olive Harris  1913 – Rose Harris  1916 –John Harris 1923 – Harriet Harris 1925 – William Harris  1928 –Johns Mother was Mary Ann Miller dad is William Harris on birth, John had a brother George brother Ernest, sisters Lizzie and Maryann there is another but DONT KNOW WHO YET, there was 16 siblings 10 supposed to have died, Harriet Married in the army her children now live abroad,...would like more info on Johns mother and father William & Maryann Harris both born circa 1860, or any info appreciated .........

Mary Ann Miller was born in Stratford about 1861.She appears on the 1901 census as widowed, living in a caravan using her maiden name Miller, with children John, Ernest and Mary.On the 1911 census she is living on the Bohemian Estate next door to son George 1880, using the name Harriss. Children listed are Perney and Mary Ann. Known as Molly Miller and made a living as an umbrella mender? Children Found so far

Lizzie Harris           1882 –  1937  Born Essex
John 'Jack' Harris   1884 – Born Suffolk
Ernest Harris   1893 – 1959 Born Suffolk   
Mary Ann Harris      1897 –  Born Essex   

Williams trades on kids births range from Hawker/ Dealer/Labourer/ Marine Store Dealer.
Can Not find a census for 1881 or 1891 with either William or Mary
Any info would be appreciated

HELP!!!! Jack/John Harris born Wangford Suffolk 1884 married Rose Upton: father William Harris mother Mary ann nee Miller father occupation stated general labourer, Jack had a brother George Harris born 1880 married a Beatrice  Buckley on Georges cert father Marine store dealer.. trying to find a 1891 census with these 2 boys plus William and Mary ann nee Miller cant find 1, Mary ann is widowed in 1901 aged 40 with other children, Its likely William may have passed at a young age any info would appreciated...........................................

is anyone out there with Harris ancesters got any one connected with the Miller name. looking for in for on a George Harris that married a Miller. they had a son called John/Jack. there's a possibility that it could be Miller married an Harris as somewhere along the line the surnamed switched from one to the other. George may have desserted the army at some point.john or jack was born around 1889
